I've spent more than twelve years in artificial intelligence, dedicated to one idea: transforming data into strategic value.
My career began in 2003 at Master Loyalty Group, where over eighteen years I led information technology and, from 2017, strategic planning and predictive analytics — building systems and strategies across business processes, data mining, information auditing and tracking, system integration, and process automation.
In 2021 I joined RapidMiner as a Customer Success Manager, helping customers around the globe build impactful models and training analytics teams until they were ready to perform on their own. At Altair I worked as a Senior Solution Architect for Data Analytics & AI, and since January 2026 I've been a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant at Siemens Digital Industries Software, supporting the auto industry with RapidMiner and Mendix.
Along the way I've developed systems and strategies for banking, automotive, food, health care, agro-industry, logistics, and e-commerce — working with interdisciplinary, international teams on systems uptime, cost reduction, contract negotiations, systems transitions, and logistics optimization.

RapidMiner invited me to its user conference to show how Master Loyalty Group made a catalog of more than 4,000 rewards feel personal. A Classification Tree in RapidMiner Studio — tuned to long branches for deep personalization without overfitting — went into production on RapidMiner Server, turning predictions into prescriptive recommendations inside the platform members already used.
